Rally started when a handful of parents got tired of watching kids get cut, benched, or priced out of youth sports. We believed something simpler: give every child a jersey, a team, and a coach who shows up, and the rest takes care of itself.
Today we're a community nonprofit run almost entirely by volunteers. Registration stays affordable, scholarships make sure cost is never a barrier, and our coaches are trained to put development, sportsmanship, and plain old fun ahead of the final score. Win or lose, every kid leaves the field feeling like part of a team.
Youth sports should build kids up, not weed them out. Our job is to keep the game accessible, the sidelines positive, and the door open to every family in our community — no exceptions.
